What does it look like to practice hope?
When it seems like the only choices are blind optimism or despair, how do we create space to see and hear one another? Creative destruction is the intentional process of dying so that new life might emerge for the sake of ourselves and the world. In this space, some ways of seeing the world are deconstructed so that new ways of seeing and new habits of living can be discovered. This is a conversation rooted in the hope that the church will develop leadership for the sake of greater flourishing in our neighborhoods, businesses, schools, non-profits and institutions of all shapes and sizes.
